This house and its stunning terrace form part of a beautiful Andalusian neobaroque-building constructed by the XII Marquis de las Torres de la Pressa to commemorate the Universal Expo of 1929. In 1980 the Penthouse was rebuilt by the well-known architect Rafael Manzano, who is the first Spanish architect to receive the prestigious award “Richard D. Driehaus” in 2010.
